WELCOME TO HTD CONSULTING GROUP

ABOUT US

We provide tailored fundraising and development consulting services designed to empower organizations and creatives.

Where Strategy Meets Heart

We’re not just about the numbers—we’re about the stories behind them. We know that every dollar raised and every campaign launched represents a dream, a goal, and a community that’s counting on you. That’s why we’re here to offer more than just strategic advice—we’re here to partner with you on your journey to make a lasting impact. With our creative, research-backed approach, we ensure that your fundraising efforts are as effective as they are meaningful.

The HTD Process

Discovery

We begin by evaluating your current efforts—what’s working, what’s not, and where you want to go. This involves a thorough SWOT analysis, stakeholder interviews, and a review of your materials.

Case For Support

We then build a strong case for support, creating curated resources and messaging that will resonate with your audience and drive action.

Sustainable Strategy

Finally, we develop a long-term strategy that not only meets your immediate needs but sets you up for continued success. We provide prospect lists, outline realistic goals, and help you plan for the future.

HTD Consulting Group specializes in creating customized fundraising strategies that are deeply rooted in your organization’s mission and goals. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions; instead, we craft unique strategies that resonate with your target audience and drive meaningful results.
